The Big Picture Post

Well, a lot has happened since my last post. For one, I had the Second Annual Cookie Exchange at my house this year and I'd like to think it was a success. I made Poinsetta Cookies which were really easy to make and it almost finished at the end of the night.

It wasn't too sugary which I thought it wouldn't be okay but it was delightfully light. Anyway, everyone else cookies were faboulous also and we were all stuffed.
In true, Cookie Exchange tradition, we played Charades and we had a blast. I'm sorry for the people who couldn't come. Maybe next time! Everyone took a little bit of everyone elses home when it was time to go and I got these clear Chinese take out boxes from Michael's and decorated it with my own tags, which I handmade.


Another big thing that happened was I got a doggy! Yay! He's so cute and his name is Micky. Here he is sleeping which he does most of the day.

I also have a cat, Toula. They get along okay. I took a picture of her cause I didn't have one of her recently. Her fur is so freakin soft, I love smushing my face into it.
